A highly effective shortcut to feeling young and rejuvenated…
These natural remedies have been used by women for generations to rejuvenate their downstairs regions — with results often so effective that even our oblivious husbands notice the difference!
Of course, there is a little work involved. Unlike with vagina tightening surgery, these natural exercises and creams are not an overnight solution — they take a small, often daily, commitment to see results.
Let’s take a look and see what’s worth your time.
Vagina Tightening: The Best Natural Solutions
1. Kegel Exercises
Now, every woman has heard of kegel exercises — but do you actually know what they are? And, more importantly, do you do them?
Kegel exercises are well known for being one of, if not the, most effective ways to tighten your vagina.
These subtle and discreet exercises work the muscles of your inner pelvis, tightening them up — just like how bicep curls tighten up your arms.
By working out these inner muscles, you’ll find yourself with stronger and tighter vagina walls — even if you’ve never had a baby. Seriously, they work on absolutely everyone, and both you and your sexual partner will be able to notice a real difference once you commit to daily kegel exercises.
So, how do you actually do them?
Don’t worry, it’s really easy.
Essentially, you need to squeeze the muscles that make up your pelvic floor area. The best way to visualise this is to go to the toilet and use your inner muscles to stop yourself peeing during mid-flow. Now you simply need to recreate that action when you’re not peeing.
One of the best things about kegel exercises is how discreet they are. There’s no need to go to the gym to work out your pelvic floor area! You can do them standing up, sitting down, on the bus, on a flight, at work, or at home… you get it. You can do them anywhere, at any time.
But, you need to do them regularly. Just like going to the gym to work out the rest of your body, your pelvic floor muscles will only tighten up with regular training.
Commit to doing 25 squeezes once a day, every day, and you’ll be golden.

Going further than just working out your inner pelvic muscles, you’ll be surprised at how much vagina tightening you can do with simple squats.
As most ladies know, squats are an incredibly effective bodyweight exercise that really work to tone and hone your lower body.
Not only are they giving you thighs and glutes to die for, they’re providing you with the strong legs and abs you need to strengthen your vaginal walls and giving them that tight feeling you miss having down there.
With a strong lower body, you’ll be able to squeeze and contract your vagina with such tight precision that it should revolutionize the way you — and your partner — feels during sex.
They say fitter people are better in bed… looks like it’s time for us to find out!
How to Squat for a Tight Vagina
- Stand up straight with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart
- Make sure that your bottom isn’t sticking out and that your hips are stacked over your knees, and knees over your ankles — take a look at yourself side-on in a mirror to ensure that you’re standing straight
- Roll your shoulders back and down
- Extend your arms out in front of you, parallel to the ground
- Bend your knees and send your hips backwards as you move closer to the ground
- Keep going as far as you can — ideally so your hips are lower than your knees (it may take some practise to reach this point)
- Make sure that your knees don’t spill forward over your ankles — keep them stacked above
- Make sure that your back, chest and shoulders stay straight for the entire movement
- Once you’re as low as you can be, push down through your heels to push your legs back up to a straight position, and back to where you started
- Keep your arms outstretched for the entire movement
You should squat every day, starting with a low number of repetitions and adding a couple more each day as your strength improves. Make sure to take a rest day every three days, to protect your knees and allow your muscles to repair.
3. Improve Your Diet
Another totally natural way to tighten the vagina is to improve your overall health, and the best way to do that is to overhaul your diet.
Ideally, you want to be eating foods that are the building blocks of a healthy body, that keep all your bodily functions performing regularly, and that keeps your vagina healthy and tight.
By that we mean plenty of fruit, vegetables, fish and poultry, a small amount of whole grains and a little red meat.
Processed foods high in sugar are simply not going to help your quest in getting a tighter vagina. If anything, these types of food will make you put on weight, which will lead to a greater amount of fat in the pelvic and hip areas, which will lead to a flabbier feeling — not something any of us want.
A healthy diet, on the other hand, will enable you to tighten your muscles and keep your body fat on the low side. This inevitably means a tight vagina — and a cracking body!
4. Herbs for Vagina Tightening
If you’re at all interested in alternative medicine, you may have considered using the power of herbs to tighten your vagina.
Just to be clear, these aren’t just any old herbs. You can’t pick up a bunch of cilantro at the market and expect to feel like a virgin again.
No, there are some specific herbs that certain practitioners recommend for vagina tightening. Chinese medicine is particularly explicit on this point.
Here are the herbs you should watch out for:
- Curcuma Comosa
- Pueraria Mirifica
- Oak Gall
- Witch Hazel
You might be thinking, “those aren’t any herbs I’ve heard of before.”
And you’d be right. Like we’ve said, these aren’t any herbs you’re going to be buying with your groceries. You’ll be able to find them online and, as we’ve mentioned, in Chinese herbalist stores.
Sometimes they’ll be available as a tincture or in a cream that you apply directly to your genitals.
Another herb, which you definitely will have heard of (although probably not as home remedies to tighten vagina!), is aloe vera.
When applied — usually as part of a gel or a cream — the aloe vera works to quickly rejuvenate the older tissue of the vaginal walls, strengthening and shrinking the muscles leading to that tight feeling you’re after.
Aloe Vera is also great for reducing any irritation and itching sensations you may be experiencing down there — it’s just all round a great thing your skin!
One thing to be aware of when using these vagina tightening home remedies is to make sure that you follow the instructions to the T — if the packet you buy say to only apply to the outer genital area, don’t apply it inside, for instance. This can lead to a burning discomfort that you definitely want to avoid.
5. All Natural Vagina Tightening Gel
One step further than using herbs is to buy a gel specifically designed for tightening your vagina.
These gels usually include a special combination of the herbs we mentioned above, but are all ready in a handy, dosed tube for you to apply to yourself.
Our favorite of these vagina tightening creams is undoubtedly V-Tight Gel. We’ve written a full and balanced review on it here if you want some in-depth details to see if it’s right for you.
V-Tight includes Manjakani extract which is a real superstar ingredient when it comes to total vagina rejuvenation. Seriously, it’s like surgery in a bottle!
It works to contract and reshape the vaginal walls, restoring (or creating for the first time) the feeling of tightness down there. It also increases the feel of suppleness in your genitals — the feeling like your vagina will bounce back into tight shape after sex, even after you’ve had a baby.
Plus, it adds a degree of lubrication which menopausal and postmenopausal women will find particularly attractive.
Manjakani is an incredibly popular herb that women in Asia have used for centuries for vagina tightening. It’s exciting to finally get to experience this ancient remedy over here in the West!
6. Ben Wa Balls
Some women swear by the use of ben wa balls for a natural way to tighten the vagina.
If you’re wondering, “what on earth are ben wa balls?”, then know that they’re small, marble-sized balls, reasonably soft in texture, that you insert into your vagina.
Your inner pelvic muscles — those ones that we were discussing earlier during the ‘kegel exercises’ section — then work hard to keep the balls inside your vagina, thus exercising and strengthening your vaginal walls naturally.
Just like the kegels, this leads to you having a stronger and tighter vagina than you had previously.
But, again, this is something you have to practise regularly — it’s not a one-time solution. Thankfully, you can pop the balls in for a short period of time and basically forget about them. Cleaning the house for 20 minutes? Watching an hour long TV show? Pop the ben wa balls in and let them work their magic.
You can read more about the origins of ben wa balls here — interesting that, just like Majakani, they have ties to the East for the vagina tightening properties!
If you’re worried about losing the balls inside you, then never fear: most are attached to a thin string that will allow you to safely and painlessly pull them out when you’re finished with them.
Now you know the best home remedies to tighten vagina.
